gettor api's latest.json is stale

Currently it's still stating that 6.0.7 is the latest build for Tor Browser, pointing to downloads for it. This should now be 6.0.8, if this is being manually triggered then perhaps it should be periodically polling the upstream data sources (on dist and aus1) to check for changes on some reasonable but frequent basis to ensure that it gets up to date information to pass on to users.

If gettor is the canonicle automated way to check for new releases it's been failing people for a few days now.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
