Security slider is reset to High on every launch of the sandboxed browser
It seems that the reinstall of mozilla.cfg is happening on every launch instead of the first launch after upgrading. This manifests itself as the security slider being reset to High on every launch because this is the only user-visible change.
I believe that the logic on line 502 of internal/ui/config/config.go is incorrect and that the Compare function from the strings package should be used instead, but I have not yet tested this change.
