atlas plotting bandwidth use from 2019

On https://atlas.torproject.org/#details/7C0AA4E3B73E407E9F5FEB1912F8BE26D8AA124D I see some of the graphs have data out to 2019.

Apparently onionoo has data to back it up (albeit mostly nulls): https://onionoo.torproject.org/bandwidth?lookup=7CD208A0657019A8159D85DB250493C3793BF867

Something here is not right. :)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
