Change the metadata URL(s) for the stable bundle.
This is a trivial change to a bunch of JSON files, but prior to all of such things moving to aus1.torproject.org (6.5?), the base URL needs to be updated from it's current location.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
