Document what Tor means by "using reasonable defaults"
If you start your Tor without a torrc file, it says
Jan 05 18:28:08.762 [notice] Configuration file "/usr/local/etc/tor/torrc" not present, using reasonable defaults.We should actually write down what these "reasonable defaults" are. This would be especially useful for Windows users who have the expert bundle.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
