Browser size doesn't behave nicely when enabling the Bookmarks Toolbar

  1. By default the size is 1000x600

  2. Enabling the Bookmarks Toolbar reduces it to 100x568. (The Tor Browser should resize itself to 1000x600 when enabling the Bookmarks Toolbar)

There's another anomaly:

  1. Clicking on new identity while the Bookmarks Toolbar is enabled reduces the size to 1000x500.

  2. Disabling the Bookmarks Toolbar then makes the size 1000x532.
