download-easy.html.en#linux anchor scrolls past the 64-bit option
This link: https://www.torproject.org/download/download-easy.html.en#linux scrolls directly to the 32-bit linux download, leaving the 64-bit linux download scrolled off the top of the screen.
It started happening on 2016-08-17 in commit 76e5bbfbf5.
