Jabber service: only contacts should be allowed to send messages
I've gotten three or four spam messages on my torproject jabber account in the past couple weeks and it's kind of annoying. I think the way to prevent is to make sure only contacts are allowed to send messages to one another.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
