https://www.torproject.org/donate/donate under 'wire transfer' should say something about donating to the Chaos Computer Club on behalf of Tor. As it is, people may think they are giving money to The Tor Project Inc by doing the european wire transfer.
I vaguely remember that there are tax/legal implications to this confusion.
