Relay country and flags images on search results should have alt attributes
Currently these are rendered as:
<img data-original-title="V2Dir" class="inline flags" rel="tooltip" src="img/flags/book_14x16.png">It's likely we can use whatever sets data-original-title as alt text.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
