Update sponsors list

Some of our sponsors contracts have ended and new ones started, we need to update the sponsors list at the ticket creation form.

Remove:

• sponsorS, sponsorS-can, sponsorS-must
• sponsorT, sponsorT-can, sponsorT-must

Add:

• sponsor4, sponsor4-can, sponsor4-must
• sponsorX
• sponsor5
