Migrate relevant wiki faq entries to docs/faq.wml on the website
For the actual questions that are asked frequently, based upon tor-assistants emails, migrate them over to faq.wml. the rest can either sit or be removed.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
