Please create company/policies git repo

Hello git admin peoples!

I would like to be the proud owner of a new git repo, named "company/policies". That name should put it right next to (on gitweb at least) the already existing "community/policies" repo.

The first plan for the company/policies repo is to add the four policy documents that Alison sent to tor-project in July: https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-project/2016-July/000563.html (They're not Alison's documents; she was just the only one organized enough to publish them to the world that month.)

I'm not sure yet what documents will go in after those, but I bet we'll find some.

As for who can write to it, I think "Roger and Nick" is a good start, and we can add to that as needed.

And for a short description, how about "Policy documents for The Tor Project Inc"?

Thanks!
