Remove the executable bit from the country flags
All the country flags have an executable bit. This is not necessary and opens the door to accidentally executing PNG files which is never a good idea.
Patch is coming once i get a ticket number.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
