deb.torproject.org outage

18:39 < atagar> helix: two of the servers in the rotation for deb.torproject.org are nonfunctional - deb-master.torproject.org (86.59.21.36) times out and mirror.netcologne.de (194.8.197.22) lacks the correct directory structure

18:39 < atagar> the third, tor.mirror.youam.de (78.46.17.118), looks fine but it's not in the round robin

18:39 < atagar> the result is that apt-get update produces:

18:39 < atagar> W: Failed to fetch http://deb.torproject.org/dists/lucid/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz 404 Not Found [IP: 86.59.30.36 80]

When following the steps on: https://www.torproject.org/docs/debian.html.en

for ubuntu maverick (64 bit) the 'apt-get update' step always fails with a 404 for either the 86.59.21.36 or 194.8.197.22 ip. However, the package exists on tor.mirror.youam.de (a third mirror that's mentioned on the instructions but apparently not in the rotation). -Damian

PS. Assigning component as website since we don't have one for the repo
