Make it clearer that graphs showing bridge users by country and by country and transport are not the same

These two pages look the same to me: https://metrics.torproject.org/userstats-bridge-country.html https://metrics.torproject.org/userstats-bridge-combined.html

I think "combined" is missing the transport checkboxes.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
