Google rules currently break Google shopping/products

Any google products search currently winds up at a url like this:

https://encrypted.google.com/search?q=things&tbs=shop%3A1&aq=f

With an error message:

Your search - things - could not be completed with the requested search options. [Reset search tools]

The culpable rewrite seems to be this one:

Rewriting http://suggestqueries.google.com/complete/search?hl=en&gl=us&ds=pr&client=products&hjson=t&jsonp=ac_hr&q=th&cp=2 -> https://clients1.google.com/complete/search?hl=en&gl=us&ds=pr&client=products&hjson=t&jsonp=ac_hr&q=th&cp=2

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
