hs: Remove enc-key private key from hs_descriptor.h
Remove the curve25519 keypair from hs_desc_intro_point_t data structure. Only the public key should be there and the keypair should be on the service side data structure coming in #20657 (moved).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
