Add metadata about used geoip data

Hi,

I'm analyzing the tor network by looking at (historic) onionoo details documents.

When I see that a relay changed AS over time there are multiple reasons for that:

  1. onionoo updated its maxmind geoip file
  2. the relay actually changed to another AS or IP range was relocated to another AS

For this reason it would be great if you could add a metadata field to the onionoo document in which you publish the geoip timestamp or hash, so we can tell (1) and (2) apart.

thanks!

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
