Remove hardened/ASAN related code.
More fallout from #21912 (closed).
The places where the code does special things in the case of the hardened bundle (except for #21928 (closed)) should be removed as they are no longer relevant.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
