No need to display Valid flag
Starting with consensus method 24 (we're currently using 25), the consensus now omits any relays that don't have the Valid flag.
So, that means presence in the consensus means they all have the Valid flag.
So we could drop it from the Atlas display, and un-clutter things a little bit.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
