Rename the Properties subsection
#21635 (moved) added a new subsection on the details page and a new column to the search column for flags that are not in the Tor specification. On the details page this results in duplicate naming. The second column is named Properties and the subsection is also named Properties. This is confusing.
IMO the subsection (not the column) and the column on the search page should be renamed (for consistency). This ticket is meant to start a discussion for a new name.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
