Increase MALLOC_MP_LIM in sandbox.c

See diagnosis at comment:15:ticket:21648 . Now that worker threads can malloc a bit more, they can need to mprotect(...PROT_WRITE) larger chunks. This requires an increase in MALLOC_MP_LIM.

In the longer term, we should replace our sandbox's string-interning hack with a privileged helper hack.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
