We need a strategy for doing test builds of tor etc on many volunteer nodes

With buildbot, we could have volunteers run builders for Tor, and cope with as many volunteers as we like. From discussions at today's IRC meeting^Wparty, there doesn't seem to be an obvious way in hudson to do the same .

Specifically, it would be nice to have many builders that just answer, "Is tor master building today on $X", for $X in {OSs that break a lot and don't get enough developer attention.}

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
