link AS number to a search for that AS number
Lets make the AS number on the atlas page more useful by linking it to compass.
This would then give you all relays on that given AS.
Example: https://atlas.torproject.org/#details/29C92C854E0F6652A77F3A8B231D6932993969E8 would lik to: https://compass.torproject.org/#/ases=AS395978?exit_filter=all_relays&links&sort=cw&sort_reverse&country=&top=-1&ases=AS395978
