Make sure to pick up zstd+lzma support for tor in Tor Browser
We might need to adapt our descriptors to make sure tor in Tor Browser is built with zstd+lzma support as well.
This is the parent ticket and the work, if needed, is done in child tickets.

I am not sure, see #23722 (moved).
Trac:
Keywords: TorBrowserTeam201710 deleted, N/A added We currently don't install the
liblzma-dev
package in the container we use for building tor, so we probably don't have support enabled.I am wondering if most linux distributions have
liblzma5
installed by default, or if we should include it in the bundle. For the Windows build, we will probably need to build it ourself (like zlib).

I talked a bit to ahf in Montréal and we think starting with
zstd
sounds like a good idea.Trac:
Status: needs_information to assigned zstd
was added in #32991 (moved). I assume it only compiles for Android, and it possibly compiles for Linux. Confirming it builds successfully for Linux targets, and adding Windows and macOS shouldn't be very difficult.I'm placing this on the roadmap for some time in the future (but not too far in the future).
