Migrate new blog posts from old blog to new blog
https://blog.torproject.org/blog/state-internet-censorship-indonesia and https://blog.torproject.org/blog/tor-browser-70a4-released both got posted to the old blog but aren't on the new blog yet.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
