I can't edit an existing blog post unless I'm its author
I've logged in, and I'm at https://blog.torproject.org/blog/we-are-upgrading-our-blog How do I edit this blog post?
There is a button on the top right that says "Edit", but when I click it, nothing happens (maybe it works in Chrome but not in Firefox? Or maybe it just doesn't work?). In any case, that same button is there when I'm on the front page (https://blog.torproject.org/) so I'm guessing it is not actually the way to edit a blog post.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
