Comments are not shown at all to users who aren't logged in
This was just reported by funmill on #tor-project, and I seem to be able to confirm it. I looked at ~10 posts and none of them have comments. Using the comment URLs in the other tickets gives either permission denied or just empty pages instead of comments.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
