Please set up Apache on corsicum and make it available under https://corsicum.torproject.org/.

(I briefly thought about also adding a DNS entry like collector-backup.torproject.org or collector2.torproject.org, but we can as well just use corsicum.torproject.org. In fact, that's probably the better option, because we might want to add a third host in the future. But not yet.)
