When right clicking on a webm and clicking on open with -> Torbrowser it opens TorBrowser even though it is not set up

  1. Delete TorBrowser-Data folder
  2. Right clicking on a webm and clicking on open with -> Tor browser , it will open Tor browser even though tor is not set up yet Doing step 2 when you already setup Tor Browser caused 2 browser windows to open up. Tested on Tor browser 7.5a2
