Wrong link in "Tor: Financial Reports"
Description: This line refers to a gitweb-plaintext version of the page containing the relevant information, due to an apparent lack of working links most users will be unable to retrieve the expected documents.
Expected behaviour: The link should open a website with working hyperlinks.
Proposed solution: Change the link to a page that interprets hypertext as such.
