Favicons are getting reloaded over catch-all-circuit if content process crashes
According to a blog comment (https://blog.torproject.org/comment/270409#comment-270409) all favicons are reloaded over the catch-all-circuit if the content process is crashing.
This should not happen and is worth investigating..
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
