Distribute 1/3 of all bridges' addr:port+some_bytes_of_data in captcha like format
Happens for non protected distributors like e-mail. Guess not a first time this idea pops, some research already happen, pdfs published, tickets closed and idea was discarded ages ago for some good reasons? Or maybe implemented in some way? I just didn't found something yet, so this ticket is to get some resolution.
