Updating the detailsURL in update responses

Some users reported on the blog that the link giving more details about the 7.0.6 update is broken: https://blog.torproject.org/blog/tor-browser-706-released

The /blog part needs to be removed to make the URL work.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
