Add tweet templates for platform diversity
Data on platform diversity is already aggregated and made available on the metrics website:
https://metrics.torproject.org/platforms.html
It should also be possible to use the graphs as generated by the website in the tweets.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
