Always display help items

Currently, there is a small rubric above the graph, indicating some functions that can be activated with hotkeys. One of these brings up the help menu, with some additional functions. However, the short rubric takes up only a small fraction of the available horizontal space on that line. A better UI might use that whole line to display as many options as possible, or use a menu-like arrangement along the top of the screen (like the Links browser).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
