improve bridge and proxy help text
We should discuss and improve the bridge and proxy help text that is included in the new Tor Launcher. This is a spinoff from #23261 (moved), so several comments from that ticket are relevant: ticket:23261#comment:25 ticket:23261#comment:26 ticket:23261#comment:27 ticket:23261#comment:28

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
