There needs to be documentation on what kernel versions the KIST Scheduler will run on

There needs to be decimation on what kernel versions the KIST Scheduler will run on. Right now I'm running Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS (GNU/Linux 2.6.32-042stab120.11 x86_64) and it looks like it is running based off the logs.
