Window rounding is broken on Debian 9 live with mutter

A report on the blog (https://blog.torproject.org/comment/272689#comment-272689) mentions that the rounding of the browser window is broken with Debian 9 live using mutter. The reported screen dimensions 915x539 using an old Toshiba satellite.
