update TB manual with new images of Tor Browser launcher UI
The new UI is in the alpha Tor Browser: https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en#downloads-alpha. The new UI will be in regular Tor Browser by January, so this just needs to happen before that.
Also, we talked about shifting the images in general away from macOS only.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
