Provide fallback mirror information
Based on the changes in CollecTor and the parser provided by metrics-lib provide the information, if a relay is a fallback mirror.
Steps:
- include retrieval during update runs
- include fields in details document (which?)
- decide which query options are necessary and provide them.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
