Rust build fails
When compiling it with rust support it will fail with: checking rust crate dependencies... configure: error: Rust dependency directory ./src/ext/rust/ does not exist. Specify a dependency directory using the RUST_DEPENDENCIES variable or allow cargo to fetch crates using --enable-cargo-online-mode.
