Windows has a tor package, it's called the Tor expert bundle. I don't know if the other software is compatible with Windows, or what packages are available on iOS or Android.
Is this something you can do, atagar? I don't know how the formatting on that page works, or how to squeeze in a few extra columns.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
