Create frontdesk mailing list
Hello,
We'd like to create frontdesk@lists.torproject.org, with myself and Alison as list administrators. This list should be closed for registration / invite-only.
Once this is set up, we'd like to redirect frontdesk@torproject.org to the mailing list, instead of RT.
