Bug: tor_gmtime_r overflow - gmtime(9223372036854775807) failed with error No error

It's here. FreeBSD 10.3 running 0.3.3.0-alpha-dev (git-e8a6a6635b26c327).

Setting parent ticket the one with all time functions with undefined behavior.
