check.tpo Why not close clearnet version of check.tpo? If it's about checking TBB/Tor is configured, then it should be hosted on .onion. Correctly configured clients should be able to access .onioned check.tpo.

For TBB update Actively use .onion instead of clearnet torproject domain.
