Please install r-cran-tidyr on meronense

Please install the r-cran-tidyr package on meronense.

I'm planning to use this R package and at least one more that is a dependency of this Debian package in future graphs. That code is not written/reviewed yet, but it will be good to have this package installed on meronense when we're ready to deploy the new code.
