Release ExoneraTor and Metrics-Web
There should be releases of ExoneraTor and Metrics-Web, b/c releases contain all necessary libraries and enable a better way of reproducing the productive environment as well as a faster start for a development environment.
The accompanying documentation could state that the main purpose of these releases is the above. And, the public release cycle could be limited to only put out releases that change dependencies of the product.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
