Moat: network activity SVG needed for Tor Launcher
As part of the work that Kathy and I did for #23136 (moved), we added an SVG that is displayed while the Tor Launcher code is waiting for a response from the network. The image we currently have is a placeholder (just a vertical line) and it would be nice to have something that looks better. The placeholder image is displayed at 20 x 20 pixels and it is animated using an infinite rotation.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
